Last year I was asked to co-host on an episode of a podcast called The Baton: A John Williams Musical Journey, where host Jeff Commings and I discussed John Williams’ iconic score to the film Jaws.

I have started playing the piano again during the pandemic. Music is a great way for me to release stress during this period we are all enduring together. I encourage you to make some time for yourself and engage in some activities that bring you joy. Playing Chopin does that for me.

Knowledge

To me, a thirst for knowledge means more than just acquiring new facts and information. It is a lifelong pursuit to become a better human being, by correctly understanding oneself and others.
